Middle-Earth Media was proud to be the on the ground lead organizer and event management for this great cause!
We organized data, event layout and management as well as coordinating volunteers and all our donations to the Christmas Bags!
We Organized, numbered and labelled all bags with family names, kids ages & genders as well as agencies & contacts (550+ Families with over 1300 children)
Organized large amounts of data into creating labels, tracking and inserting over 400 applications int digital sheets that were updated live tracking all information
Organized Volunteers across two weeks of filling bags, organizing and picking up donations & gifts.
Organized the filling of bags with food, gifts and vouchers all according to how many people in a family as well as ages and appropriate gifts for each.
Organized the layout at the venue and the operational procedures
Organized and supervised pick up from different agencies over several days to be delivered to schools and families
Organized pack in and any extra bags

The Fifeshire Foundation’s Big Give Christmas gift and food appeal is on and Nelson City Council has been getting behind the worthy cause this year by donating $5000, while staff and elected members have been volunteering their time to put the items into gift packages for families.
The donation, which in previous years has gone towards holding Nelson’s Christmas Celebration Lunch, has been used to provide for over half of the food items for vulnerable people in the Nelson region.
This year the Big Give is providing parcels to 555+ families and gifts for 1238 children.
Mayor Rachel Reese and Council staff were among the volunteers at Nelson College this week, getting the packages ready to deliver to families.
